By using our platform and submitting your information, you agree to the following communication terms:
- You authorize ELDT Nation to send you transactional messages related to your course enrollment and progress.
- You consent to receive marketing and informational messages via SMS, email, and other communication channels you provide.
- You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time through the unsubscribe link in emails or by replying “STOP” to text messages.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do not sell or rent your personal data. However, we may share information with:
- Regulatory Authorities: If required by law to submit training completion records.
- Third-Party Service Providers: To process payments, manage authentication, and improve services.
- Legal Compliance: If required by law enforcement or regulatory agencies.

- While we take security seriously, no system is 100% secure. Users should take precautions to protect their credentials.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
- All users who register an account are granted free access to Lesson 1 of Class A and Class B courses. To continue beyond Lesson 1, users must purchase the full course at the listed price. Access to Hazmat and Passenger courses requires payment before beginning.
- ELDT Nation offers a limited refund policy. Customers are eligible for a full refund only if they have completed 25% or less of the course.
- Once a student has completed more than 25% of any course, the refund option is automatically disabled and no longer available.
- A refund request button will be visible on the student dashboard until the 25% course completion threshold is reached. After this point, the button will disappear and refunds will no longer be granted.
- Course access is valid for 365 days from the date of enrollment. If a course is not completed within this timeframe, access may be terminated.
- Additional fees may apply to extend course access beyond 365 days.
- If ELDT Nation discontinues a course within 365 days of purchase, a full refund will be issued to affected students.
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 days of receiving a valid request.
- Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes will result in immediate suspension or termination of the student’s account.
- Refund requests are only valid within 30 days of course purchase, regardless of how far the student has progressed in the course
6. User Rights & Data Retention
- You have the right to request access to your personal data, corrections, or deletion.
- We retain user data only as long as necessary for compliance and business purposes.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Users will be notified of major changes.
